Michigan
Property-
The name "Michigan" is derived from
the Indian word Michsawgyegan, meaning " the Lake Country". It is
bounded on the north by Lake Superior; on the east by Lakes Huron, St.
Clair, and Erie; on the south by Ohio and Indiana; and on the west by
Wisconsin and Lake Michigan; and the extent of its dominion is fifty-six
thousand two hundred and forty-three square miles. Michigan has 83
counties and is comprised of an Upper and Lower Peninsula which are
connected by the Mackinac Bridge. Michigan is also considered to
be the automotive capital of the world with most American cars being
built in Detroit.
